Fairdale has long been a fixture in our range at The Cyclery. Founded in Austin, Texas, by BMX legend Taj Mihelich, Fairdale builds bikes with one main goal: fun. Now the 2027 models have arrived – from a gravel bike for long weekends to a BMX cruiser for your evening loop.
Weekender Nomad – the do-it-all gravel bike
The heart of the range is the Weekender Nomad: a versatile gravel bike for everyday riding, gravel roads and bikepacking. To make sure smaller riders get a great fit, size S rolls on 650b wheels, M and up on 700c. The Nomad comes in Berry and Gloss Metallic Dark Silver (XS to XL).
Weekender Nomad MX – upright and playful
With a flat bar and 27.5 × 2.1" Maxxis Pace tyres, the Nomad becomes the Nomad MX: more upright, more playful and with extra grip when the trail gets rough. Available in Gloss White and as the artist edition MX Sieben in Gloss Turquoise featuring artwork by Michael Sieben (model year 2026, size M only).
Taj 27.5 – the signature cruiser
The bike that carries the founder's name: BMX geometry, single speed and 27.5" wheels. The Taj 27.5 in Gloss White is simple, tough and just plain fun – whether you're riding to work or hitting the skatepark.
