GT Force highlights

High pivot with idler

High pivot with idler

The main pivot sits high, so the rear axle moves backwards over impacts. The bike stays calm over roots and rock gardens and carries more speed. The idler keeps chain tension away from the suspension.

Carbon meets aluminium

Carbon meets aluminium

The main frame is carbon, the rear end robust aluminium. Cables run internally in their own guides, keeping the frame quiet and easy to maintain.

170 mm front, 160 mm rear

170 mm front, 160 mm rear

A RockShox ZEB with 170 mm up front, a Super Deluxe air shock with 160 mm at the rear. Add Code four-piston brakes with big rotors for long descents.

GT Force FAQ

Who is the Force for?

For riders who love going downhill: enduro rides, bike park and racing. The Force still climbs well, but its strength is clearly the descent.

What does the high-pivot rear end do?

Thanks to the high pivot, the rear axle moves backwards as the suspension compresses. The rear wheel gets over obstacles more easily and the bike stays calmer and faster. The idler makes sure chain tension hardly affects the suspension.

Which frame size do I need?

That depends on your height and inseam. You can see which sizes are still available on the product page. If you are between two sizes, we are happy to advise you.

Can I still get spare parts for the Force?

Yes. We continue to offer derailleur hangers and many small parts. If you can't find your part, get in touch and we will help you find it.

Prefer a little less travel? Take a look at the GT Sensor. You can find every bike from the brand on our GT brand page.
